A Chinese blue and white circular brush washer, late 19th century, with calligraphic inscriptions to the exterior and interior, 14cm, remnants of copper rim mount

There is remnants of glue and verdigris from the copper mount which was around the outer rim of the brush washer with some fritting to this edge, there is some remnants of the old copper rim but only a fragment of it, other minor glaze imperfections, otherwise in good condition.
