A Chinese blue and white baluster jar, possibly Transitional period, painted with sprays of flowers and insects, the shoulder with Lotus flower the pets, the lower register with stiff leaves, the glaze slightly matt - possibly from a shipwreck, 31.5cm high

There is some etching to the glaze all over indicate it may have come from the shipwreck, otherwise in good condition.
