A Chinese bamboo and hardwood brushpot, carved and pierced with the seven sages of the bamboo grove, height 16.5cm

There are a number of cracks to the bamboo all around and the bamboo shafts surrounding three of the sages to one side have been bent in slightly and a couple split, the wood top and base are in good condition however.
