A Chinese Yixing hexagonal teapot and cover, 18th century, with keywork moulding to the neck, the cover modelled with a roaring lion-dog, unmarked, height 12.5cm, loss to sprig on cover

There are some small shallow chips to the inner rim of the teapot and to the foot of the teapot, the cover is missing a sprig in front of the lions mouth and paws, otherwise in good condition with no cracks or restoration.
