Dial with acceptable fine-crazing/craquelure; minor nicks around winding arbour; key and pendulum fit but neither original; mahogany casework good. Pendulum and bob are too lightweight and cannot control the movement, which appears to work when pendulum is removed, but not guaranteed. Chester Education Committee from 1902. Postage not possible in-house.
