A Chelsea red anchor period vine leaf moulded dish, c.1755 and a Chelsea gold anchor bird and flower painted octagonal plate, c.1765, 24cm and 22cm
Condition: The oval vine leaf dish has wear to the enamel painting in the centre, typical fritting and glaze imperfections and a few small overglazed firing cracks to the edges, the gold anchor plate has some heavy crazing to the glaze all over and two cracks through the raised foot visible on top as well, some occasional light staining and wear to the gilding.
