A Cheddar Models Ltd. Proteus steam plant, a gas fired vertical boiler two cylinder marine engine, with a wood clad copper boiler fitted with pressure gauge, water sight glass and safety valve, The engine is fitted with a small flywheel, regulator and mechanical oil pump. The plant is mounted on a sheet of plywood 29cm wide, the boiler with chimney is 27cm high. Together with some original paperwork and an exploded diagram.

The plant is in generally good condition, with some signs of use. The motion work turns freely. There is some minor wear to the paintwork and cleaning, etc. is required. The engine is sold untested and without current boiler history.
