A 20th century Japanese Meiji period silver vase, c.1900, double walled, trumpet shaped decorated in trompe l'oeil, imitating a woven basket effect, applied with sakura branches, cherry blossom and standing on four bamboo feet and sides with swinging bamboo handles. Marked Ginjun (pure silver), width 12.5cm, height 16.9cm, 13oz.
