Gross 5.1 grams. Visible wear and some loss to the gold from the setting of the sapphire. Three of the pearls have a damaged surface. Ring head may have been added to the shank as there is visible lead solder on each shoulder. Old repair or re-size? to the shnk. There is some minor damage to the enamel in places. Sapphire approximately 6mm in diameter.
