A 19th century twin barrel percussion cap shotgun overall length 109cm (a.f)
Estimate £50-100
The hammer is loose but present. When the stock is removed from the barrel it becomes apparent that it is split where one of the metal mounts is screwed too tight and a large piece of the metal surrounding the hammer is missing. It also reveals markings to the underside of the barrel. Ramrod possibly later and is lacking in material.
