A 19th century style gold ring set with an antique intaglio oval amethyst, carved with a seated figure with a sheep, size P, gross 7.7 grams.

Scratches and nicks to the top and underside of the stone. Probable tiny chip to the seated area and to the bottom edge. Shank solid with good guage. Stone dimmensions 14.5mm by 11.8mm, depth 4.5mm.
