A 19th century elm plank topped kitchen dining table, on a beech underframe, the top, length 275cm, width 92cm, height 76cm, together with a set of ten oak and ask rush seated dining chairs (2 arm, 8 single)

Condition:
The four boards that form the top have opened and now has 3 wide gaps. Top has wear from use. Height of the table could be an issue for some as is 76cm not the usual 72cm. Overall in used condition as are the chairs which have a dry appearance and have movement to frames.
