A 19th century Swiss Geil & Hess engine turned 18k open faced lever pocket watch, with Roman dial and subsidiary seconds, lacking pendant bow, case diameter 40mm, gross weight 57 grams.

Dial has hairline cracks in several places and is also quite dirty. Engine turned decoration is worn. Damage to the case by one of the hinge. Lacking bow. Not running, so in need of attention. The minute hand has become loose and is damaged. Inner dust cover we believe is gold but unmarked.
