Estimate £400-600

Dark grey marble top with small fossilised inclusions is a later replacement but a good fit, overall this piece has faded down to a warm honeyed walnut tone, small signs of old wear and occasional tiny worm hole scattered here and there, all clearly old and woodworm no longer active. Lock in the top drawer has bent out of shape and currently not operable, key operates the lock to the fall which has had some work around the inside of the lock, interior plain but intact, lower drawers in good order, a little dark staining around the escutcheons, locks not operable, overall honest to good condition.
