Condition:
One side with small section of inlaid brass missing, close to rear foot; one section of brass lifting alongside; dial - strike-train winding arbour slightly scratched; French movement by AD Mougin, backplate stamped A&N 44758; gong-striking; with original pendulum, also &N 44758; no key. Hammer has been raised to prevent strike. 29.5cm max. height. No key but has been set in motion and appears to have kept time over seven hours.
