A 19th century Fiji carved hardwood throwing club, Ula, 40cm long, swollen head divided into nine segments, the handle carved with zigzag decoration and incised lines. Condition - good. Provenance - The vendor’s paternal grandfather collected this club around 1920, whilst working as a steward on a ship that sailed to Australia and back to the UK.
