7 white pawns are missing their weapons, along with two of the knights also. All the black pawns appear to be missing the tips of their weapons and one pawn is missing it altogether. One pawn also has some much darker staining?. One of the elephants is missing a figure from his head. One knight is missing it's weapon. There is a deep scratch to the front of the other knight. The staff in the King's right hand is broken but present.
