A 1950's canteen of silver King's pattern cutlery for eight, by Mappin & Webb, comprising ninety one items, Sheffield, 1946/47 & 1948, together with a matched pair of plated fish servers, six plated coffee spoons and a Victorian silver sifter spoon, weighable silver 145 oz

Generall y the service seems to have had little use. Apart from light surface scratches and some very slight signs of waer to the decoration on some of the terminals, the overall condition is good. Tines good. Spoon tips quite good, not as defined as perhaps when unused and there is no visible pitting to the blades. No engavings to the silver. Hallmarks clear.
