A 17th century swept hilt rapier, with 45 inch straight double edge blade, struck Respice-Etnem, finely pierced double cups and wirebound grip

Blade and guard are pitted, more heavily to the top blade, there is some active red rust with corrosion, surface rust, the wirebound grip is tarnished otherwise in good condition, the blade has a slight kink in it approximately three quarters of the way down it.
Overall length 136cm
