A 17th century Flemish carved oak coffer front, with various panels and figural carvings, including five 14 x 9.5 inch figural carved panels, each depicting biblical scenes, dated 1650, overall 5ft 7in. x 2ft 3in.

Front of a carved oak coffer now with a later pine back, there are now four holes drilled along the top frieze, probably there for display purpose, generally the carved panels are in reasonable condition, there are minor losses and wear in places as you would expect but generally a fairly even colour with no real splits or obvious damage.
