"Big barnyard, pepper and earth nose with mushroom and gamey cherry kirsch aromas. It's richer and more concentrated than the 1999 version with ripe cherry and plum
fruit flavours mixed with mineral, peppery, spicy flavours. A bit
higher acidity with very ripe, smooth tannins and a long smoky, plum,
licorice, spicy finish. Should be excellent in a decade's time but it
