Condition:
Oil on canvas relined many years ago, canvas remains tight, paint looks a little flattened with a stable craquelure running throughout, and some small white mould spores, old but later frame overpainted in gold, hand inscribed labels on the stretchers. "Due to past issues with items being damaged in transit, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer packing and posting services on all lots in this sale. This is non-negotiable.
