Canvas has been relined. Bitumous bubbling to the darker areas. There are some losses of paint, the largest being over the letter on the table, approx. 1cm. There are a few flecks of white paint, including one larger splodge over Mr Lamb's chest, approximately 1.5cm long. There is some craquelure visible, the canvas is extremely dirty, the frame has several losses and is very grubby. No label verso.
