Condition:
Oil on canvas relined 30 to 40 years or so ago, canvas remains tight, paint with extensive but stable craquelure running throughout, slight stretcher marks showing and blotchy varnish particularly on the red of her robes, very dirty and hard to see within the darkness, housed in a later gilt frame with small losses, no labels or inscriptions verso.
