Paint looks rather dirty and perhaps a little rubbed but still retaining fair details particularly the detail of the lace collar, one chip at 2 o'clock, otherwise looks goods, no inscriptions to the back, the frame in poor condition having lost most of its applied leather work floral decoration, no inscriptions to the back just the old labels where it was offered at the Sotheby's sale.
