'Hickman House': A large English cupboard house, mid 19th century, the hinged doors opening to reveal six rooms, the facade with painted architectural details including a fine wood-grained front door with scrolled pediment, the interior with a wall constructed staircase with turned baluster and posts, the opening interior doors with brass handles, one room containing a tinplate fireplace by Evans & Cartwright of Wolverhampton, 141cm high.
