Oil on canvas which is now starting to sag, some slight folding of the canvas near the canvas where it has been poorly stretched, paint looks rather dirty, one dented hole showing in the water below the pink boat in the top right corner, a few light surface scratches and dents scattered elsewhere, housed in an old probably original cream and gilt frame which is looking rather tatty, back of the canvas shows a coastal town scene which has been overpainted, remnant of an RI Exhibition label verso, title and attribution for the work has been inscribed on the back of the frame, not signed,
