finely painted with boys carrying gifts, within a yellow ground scrolling chi dragon border, in a silver wire inlaid ebony table screen frame (stand lacking), Provenance - Mr W G Pullen,

Condition:
Provenance - Mr W G Pullen (d.1994), former Deputy Chairman of Standard and Chartered Banking Group Ltd. and of the Asian section of the British National Export Council. His banking career spanned 1925 to 1974 in which he spent much time in Hong Kong and Malaysia. Plaque not removed from frame but appears very good; frame with one vertical strip of white metal inlay, approx. 14cm. lacking, not easily seen, not serious.
