each typically painted with reserves of figures amid pavilions and pierced with coin motifs, on a gilt ground decorated with butterflies, flowers and scrolling tendrils, the borders with raised gilt bosses,

Both generally good; one seat shallow graze to top edge, approx. 8x5mm. Other seat more worn with flakes to green and blue enamels. Both with wear to gilding, particularly to the half-round bosses.
