Gross 7.7 grams. The stones set in the minus motif are not diamonds.
The surface of the gold on the reverse has minor surface scratches. The stones in the minus are quite worn and one stone is chipped.
Stones set in minus unknown. Mark on back of piece is dirt and has now been removed.
