An extensive late 19th/early 20th century canteen of French 950 standard silver fancy pattern cutlery, by Henri Soufflot, Paris, comprising one hundred and seventy five items (6 oyster forks missing), with applied monograms (some missing), import marks for London Assay Office, London, 1942, in fitted oak two handed five drawer canteen, each with numbered plaque engraved with contents, canteen 64cm, weighable silver 281 oz.
