Provenance: David Hockey was senior costume designer at Glyndebourne in 1975, he presented these drawings to the Tony Ledell that time head of wardrobe at Glyndebourne.

Nick - paper is showing very slight undulation and an even ground colour, colours of the ink remain strong, one scattered diagonal discolouration mark on the left at 9 o'clock and further slight sepia toned discolouration coming through from the back of the paper near the word Nick, otherwise good order, plain black card mount and slim ebonised frame. Framers label verso.
The companion work with two sepia discoloured lines showing through the figures chest and similar smaller sepia spotting near 3 o'clock, otherwise good.
