A large Savonnerie carpet, with powder blue ground and yellow foliate border, 22ft 9in by 17ft.

One corner has been completely repaired and replaced with a different piece of another carpet!!. Near another corner there are four cuts to the edge of the carpet, largest 7" smallest 3". There is a hole(damage) and general fraying to one area down one side. There is some visible fraying to another corner to the edge. The carpet has several stains in general.
