Provenance: the vendor's father worked acquired this lot whilst working in China and Hong Kong in the 1950s.

One table with some central bleaching to the top and a dark ring mark, one of the pierced scroll motifs to the frieze has come loose but is still present, the others are loosely pinned in place, all of the joints are showing some degree of separation with some splitting running down the inside of three of the legs, legs have possibly been polished a number of times over the years giving them a slightly lighter colour than the upper sides of the table, the other table is in better condition although again gaps can be seen in the joints where there has been a little separation, colour is more even and retains a darker tone, essentially both are in honest condition just need some minor restoration.
