A Steinway & Sons figured walnut boudoir grand piano, with iron frame, with cast inscription 'Miniature Patent Grand Construction Oct 3 1899', numbered 141725, W.4ft 8in. L.5ft 10in.

Case in varying condition with a rich golden walnut tone to the area around the keyboard, top of the folding lid and lower legs but faded to a varying degree towards the back of the lid and around the sides, particularly bleached to the right hand side as viewed from the keyboard. Action looks to have been overhauled within the past 10 to 20 years or so. Keyboard in good order. This comes to sale from a deceased's estate and was regularly played up until a few years ago.
