The bronze censer has a casting imperfection to the interior with some sand in the area, this is not visible on the exterior, the borders of the censer in particular are encrusted with dark brown patina going to a chestnut brown around the centre, occasional minor scratches and dents, the cover is associated and has again minor dents and imperfections and is slightly mis-shapen on one side otherwise the lot is in good condition.
