A pair of Chinese blue and white 'ladies' plates, Kangxi period, each painted with two ladies in a pavilion garden setting within flower and lozenge decorated borders, each with an apocryphal Chenghua six character mark, Diam.21cm

Both plates have typical minor glaze imperfections. One of the plates has a tiny splinter chip to the edge of the rim. The second plate has a few small splinter chips to the back edge of the rim. Otherwise in good condition with no restoration or cracks detected.
