A 17th/18th century Indo-Goanese painted ivory group of Christ as the Good Shepherd, H.9.5in.
Traces of original colouring remain along with traces of gilding. Two old hairline splits through the face, possibly the loss of a sheep from beside the right foot, old crack running through the right leg, old cracks running up from the base and up through the back of the piece, but overall in good condition.
