A Chinese bamboo brush pot, carved in low relief and pierced with two figures of a safe and attendant seated beneath a pine tree amid rockwork, on three shaped bracket feet, height 15cm, some fine splits

There are a number of vertical fine splits to the surface of the bamboo, one of which has opened up but not gone all the way through above the figure of a seated sage, the bracket feet are a little worn otherwise in reasonable condition with patina consistent with age.
