Both watercolours in very good clean condition with strong colours, not signed or monogrammed, housed in old washline mounts which have the attribution to the artist and more recent white card outer mounts and slim gilt frames.
These were offered for sale here at Gorringes some months ago with a full attribution, this attribution has since been over-turned by Guy Peppiatt who did not consider them to be by the hand of the artist hence the current attribution.
