A pair of large Delft jars and covers, Pieter Kocx factory De Grieksche A, c.1701-1722, each of lobed hexagonal form, painted in Chinese verte Imari style with birds amid foliage, auspicious objects and beasts, the domed covers surmounted by lion and ball finials, the base with APK monogram mark, 50.5cm high, damage to covers

Condition:
Typical minor glaze imperfections. Slight staining to the interior of the necks. One cover has been broken into a number of pieces and is messily reglued with some chip losses around the area. The second cover has a splinter chip from the edge of the rim which has been re-glued with some small glaze losses around the area otherwise in good condition with no other restoration detected.
