A George II gold, white enamel and rock crystal set mourning ring, with hair beneath the central stone and shank inscribed 'Eliz King Ob 20 AP, 1743 AE 66', size N.

The rock crystal facet edges are quite worn. The setting for the crystal is also showing signs of wear. All the white enamel is still present but has numerous abrasions/chips/hairlines. The fluted deoration on the underside of the ring head is a little tired.
