There is fritting and slight glaze loss around the angular edges of the cylindrical body with some pale brown discolouration to the glaze particularly around the base and some shallow splinter chips around the edge of the foot, there is also a manufacturing fault to the foot with a curved firing crack which has some like slip clay which has been fired around the area in manufacture otherwise in reasonable condition.
