Whilst these pillars are very similar they are not identical and close scrutiny shows subtle differences in the mouldings to the tops and slight differences to the bases, one base is slightly shallower and has peg feet beneath it, the other has had a replacement plinth, both show scuffs, scratches and dents commensurate with age with one or two slightly larger nicks scattered here and there, one has a polished top, the other has a central section matted where something was once mounted upon it.
