Both vases have fine crazing to the glaze all over. The first vase has occasional minor flake losses to the glaze on the body and has a hairline crack running from one side of the foot to the other but the vase is still structurally sound. The second vase again has some occasional small areas of flaking to the glaze dotted around the exterior of the vase and there are some areas of pale brown staining to the glaze in places, which can only be seen on close inspection, otherwise both in reasonable condition and they are impressive looking vases
