IN BOND Dalmore’s Constellation Collection was a range of 21 individual expressions launched in 2012. The Constellation Collection showcases the vast spectrum of whisky Dalmore is capable of producing, with a variety of different cask types used and vintages ranging from 1964 to 1992. Each whisky was complimented by the handblown decanter it came in and the solid silver stag that adorned each bottle.

Producer`s Tasting Notes:
Blood oranges, crushed apples and pear followed by Ogen melon,
walnuts, Jamaican jerk and cinnamon. Whispers of Bulgarian roses
and jasmine coupled with coriander and cocoa powder complete the
experience.

Taste:
Ripe mandarins, kumquats, black forest fruits and pineapple tease,
before a wave of ortaniques, ginger, black treacle and chewy liquorice
follow with hints of vanilla, creamy caramel and Swiss chocolate.
