An attractive pair of Art Deco sapphire and diamond earrings, circa 1930, the articulated tapering tops suspending oval drops, set with circular- and single-cut diamonds totalling approximately 1.50 carats, and two oval sapphires, measuring approximately 8.6 x 6.4 x 4.2mm and 8.5 x 6.2 x 4.3mm, each weighing approximately 1.70 carats, mounted in platinum, length 5.2cm each, screw fittings, combined gross weight approximately 9.5 grams

A verbal report from GCS states that the sapphires are of Sri Lankan (Ceylon) origin, with no indications of heat treatment
