Condition:
Original dark brown cloth, blind-stamped skeletal hand design to upper board, gilt lettering and publisher’s device to spine. Binding firm, with light rubbing and handling wear, a few small pale marks to the front board, and minor wear at the spine ends and corners. Gilt to spine remains bright. Page edges toned and spotted, more noticeably to the top edge. Internally clean and well preserved. Pencil inscription/numerals to rear pastedown. Lacking the dust jacket.
