Condition:
some small repairs to some spines, XII and XIII with early signature to upper cover (Mr Master May?) some occasional scuffing and soiling to covers, box lightly scuffed at top edge and corners. The engraved title, has the sign "Tony Veller" afterward corrected to "Tony Weller." The frontispiece has the stool on which Mr. Pickwick's foot rests: with four stripes instead of six. This is first state. Rare in parts and notoriously bibliographically complex. please contact us for further issue points.
