Condition:
Cherub finial missing object held in right hand; small sections only of brass and tortoiseshell missing; tarnish to case between hours two and three; crack to enamelled name plate. French movement circular backplate stamped JJS. Both winding arbours were found to be fully-wound and, having fitted the pendulum and the bell, timekeeping has worked over some two hours. (No guarantees as to working order).
